There is a Communications Request link on the school homepage where people may submit something they want communicated. Your request is forwarded to the appropriate channel or post as needed

ClassTag/SchoolStatusConnect - Required for ALL families and teaching staff. This should be your chief method for direct Parent/Teacher contact. Used for urgent and important announcements (Snow Day Closing, etc) and school/class related info that went home by paper flier in the past. Since ClassTag demands attention, we try not to post too many messages about the same item. For instance, we would only post about a PTO event once to announce it, then once to remind people of something like money due the next day. Messages must be approved by the Principal. Daily/As Needed. Parents will be invited to join classes using a code at the beginning of the school year.

Eagle Express - Strongly recommended weekly reading for school families and teaching staff. Use to promote upcoming activities, share prayer requests, accolades, etc. Anyone in school/church/community can submit info to be published. Principal reviews before publishing. Weekly. New families will be automatically added to the list when the EE resumes in August using the email addresses registered in RenWeb. The latest edition can always be located on our homepage.

Website - Parent, Student, Prospective family information. Teachers and activity chairs have access to change their own information as needed, or they may request access through media[at]steugeneschool.org. Parents often go here if they are looking for info that hasn't been pushed out or if they missed it. Example: Lunch menu is updated monthly, info about sports/clubs are maintained as needed. 

Instagram - Daily life at school. Parents and teachers can send photos that are posted at the school's discretion.

Facebook Page - same as Instagram, but with interaction from our community. Mostly parents and family, some staff, alumni and parishioners. Used to promote public events, especially if they raise awareness/fundraising. 

Facebook PTO Group - Private group for parents and school staff. Promote PTO activities, sign ups, volunteers, etc. Often will overlap with SchoolStatus Connect or Eagle Express. For events within the school community that are not necessarily open to the public. Depends mostly upon PTO board initiative. As needed.
