Daily Student Drop-off & Pick-up Procedures

2024-25 School Hours

	PK - 5th	Middle School
Morning Drop Off	7:40-7:55am (tardy if not in the classrooms by 8am)	7:40-7:55am (tardy if not in the classrooms by 8am)
Instructional Hours	8am - 3pm (MWThF) 8am - 2pm (Tues)	8am - 3:10pm (MWThF)* 8am - 2:10pm (Tues)

*If you have a middle school student to pick up, enter the pick up line NO EARLIER THAN 3:10pm on Mon., Wed., Thurs., and Fri (2:10pm on Tuesday).

Early Childhood students must be picked up by 3:15pm. 1st-8th must be picked up by 3:20pm.

Appointments will need to be scheduled accordingly. Any changes to your child’s normal pick-up arrangements MUST be called in 1 HOUR in advance to the end of the school day. Students remaining at the school 20 minutes after the end of the school day are subject to a fee $1 per minute. Special rates are available for those students who need aftercare on early release days.

Students will dismiss according to their Dismissal Directive on file in the office.

Safety & Courtesy Count. For the safety of students and teachers, please do not use cell phones at any point during morning drop off or afternoon pick up.

PLEASE PLACE YOUR ORANGE CARPOOL NAME TAG ON YOUR PASSENGER SIDE VISOR SO DUTY TEACHER CAN READ EASILY (1st-8th carpool).

If for some reason the morning or afternoon drop-off and pick-up lines are running slow, please do not honk your horn or pull out of established car-pool lanes. Please exit the lot to Greystone Ave., not to Hefner Ave. DO NOT BLOCK THE EXIT TO GREYSTONE BY QUEUEING TOO FAR BACK IN THE INNER PICK UP LANE. St. Eugene School’s drop-off and pick-up procedures are established for your safety as well as the safety of all our students. Your cooperation is appreciated.
